15-day Return Policy
We have a 15-day, no-reason return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for no reason. In order to be eligible for this return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can also use this policy in the event that we made an error on your order.
To begin a return using the 15-day policy, simply mail the item back to:

Our error...If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse your shipping costs and re-send the correct item at our expense.
You changed your mind...Otherwise, we do not reimburse shipping costs. If the order was originally sent out using our free shipping policy, then a shipping cost of $2.99 will be deducted from the refund.
120-day Return Policy
We have a 120-day return policy for reasons of faulty workmanship or material defects. This is the only case in which a used/worn collar will be accepted. Please note that our collars and leashes are not meant for tying a dog to a solid object such as a tree or post. This is stipulated on the hang tag. If we determine that this was the cause of breakage, we will not honor the return policy. To begin a return using the 120-day policy, please contact us at email@example.com or 800.738.6092 so we can discuss the reason. We may decide that a return is not necessary or resolve an issue without needing to return the item. We may ask you to provide photos of the defects.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and quickly make it right.
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive the return we will reimburse the appropriate monies depending on the circumstances of the return.
